Each shop’s data is kept separate
Every record belongs to one shop, and the database refuses to show it to anyone else. Staff accounts have roles, so a therapist sees less than the owner.
What the assistant sees
The assistant reads the message text it needs to reply. Photos from clinic patients are never sent to an AI model, and clinic patients agree before the assistant reads their messages. Your staff can see every reply it sends.
Where data is stored
The app runs on servers in Singapore. Our sub-processor list names every service that handles your data and where it is.
